Welcome to the Central Arkansas Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers!
Chartered in the year 2000, the Central Arkansas Chapter was named Co-Chapter of the Year in 2000, Chapter of the Year in 2005 and runner up for Chapter of the Year in 2010. In addition, we have received the coveted Chapter Excellence Award at each National Convention since our inception.
We are proud to offer our services to the central region of our great state encompassing Little Rock, North Little Rock, Sherwood, Jacksonville, Maumelle, Bryant, Benton, Pine Bluff, Hot Springs and Conway. Our membership has also expanded to Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers and all points in between. The combined property management expertise of our members serves residential and property management needs to all. Our membership specializes in single family homes, townhouses, duplexes, condominiums and small residential complexes.
Our Affiliate Members help us to serve our tenants and owners in the best possible way and are a valuable asset to our organization.
